AMBER WILSON BAGLEY practices in the areas of employment law, commercial/corporate litigation, healthcare law, and municipal law. Ms. Bagley served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Annabelle Clinton Imber and the Honorable Tom Glaze, both Justices of the Arkansas Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association, Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, and the Arkansas Bar Association, where she has served as chair of the Health Law Section and is a tenured member of the House of Delegates for Pulaski County. She has been included in Best Lawyers in America, Mid-South Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars, and Chambers USA. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University.
MISSY McJUNKINS DUKE practices in the areas of employment law, education law, FOIA, and civil litigation. She is an active member of the Arkansas Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section and the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section and Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee. She was appointed by former Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe as a Special Associate Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court and as Commissioner on the Arkansas Early Childhood Commission and as a member of the Arkansas Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights. Missy has been included in Best Lawyers in America since 2009, Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2008, and Chambers USA’s America's Leading Business Lawyers since 2013.
CINDY W. KOLB practices in the areas of employment law, insurance defense, and insurance coverage. She regularly speaks on employment law and HR-related topics for SHRM-affiliates and other industry groups around the state. Cindy is an active member of the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association (CAHRA) and is the President for 2020; was the VP of Communications for 2019; the VP for Special Programs for 2017/2018; and was the 2017/2018 Chair of the CAHRA Managers Conference. She is the co-chair of the Arkansas Bar Association's 2020 Annual Meeting, co-chaired the 2018 Arkansas Bar Association's Mid-Year Meeting, and served as the Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Arkansas Bar Association in 2012/2013. Cindy graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, and has been practicing law for over 20 years. She's been named to Best Lawyers in America for 2019 and 2020.
