Experience

Laura’s legal career began as claims counsel for a title insurance underwriter and took her to courts across the state of Arkansas. Laura utilized her real estate foundation for her current practice areas of estate planning, business formation, transactions and maintenance, elder law and probate. Laura’s practice allows her to help individuals at all stages of life plan for life’s certainties and uncertainties:  from families, young and old, wanting to provide for children, charities or other beneficiaries; to entrepreneurs and business owners looking for various protections; to families grappling with the myriad of issues triggered by dementia or failing health of a loved one.
